These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of windowcleaningbendor.com (the “Site”), operated by Sightline Window Cleaning (“we,” “us,” or “our”), and the window cleaning and related exterior services we provide (“Services”). By using the Site or booking Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or book Services with us.

About Our Services

Sightline Window Cleaning provides residential and commercial window cleaning, gutter cleaning, hard water stain removal, post-construction cleaning, and related exterior glass services across Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver, Tumalo, Terrebonne, Black Butte Ranch, and surrounding Central Oregon communities.

Bookings, quotes, and scheduling are handled directly by phone, text, or email — not through an automated booking system on this Site. Prices, availability, and scope of work are confirmed with you individually before any work begins, as described on our Our Process page.

Website Use

The content on this Site — including text, images, pricing information, and guides — is provided for general informational purposes about our Services and the Central Oregon climate. We aim to keep this information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every detail is free of error or fully up to date at all times.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to it, interfering with its normal operation, or using it to transmit unlawful or harmful content.

Pricing and Estimates

Pricing shown on this Site is general and illustrative. Actual quotes depend on the specific property, glass count, condition, and access, and are confirmed with you individually, typically from photos you provide, before any booking is finalized. A quoted price is not final until confirmed in writing (text or email) for your specific job.

Scheduling, Cancellations, and Weather

We ask for at least twenty-four hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment. Weather and site access conditions can affect scheduling, and we will contact you if a change is needed.

Our residential exterior work carries a seven-day rain guarantee: if it rains within seven days of your exterior clean, contact us and we will return to touch it up at no charge. Commercial route work follows the terms of the applicable service agreement.

Payment

Residential customers are invoiced after work is completed; no deposit is required for standard residential jobs. Larger commercial or construction projects may require a deposit, which will be communicated at the time of quoting. Card payments are accepted. Payment is arranged directly with our team, not processed through this Site.

Property Access and Damage

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the areas being serviced, and for disclosing any known hazards, fragile fixtures, or access restrictions in advance.

If we damage a pane of glass or other property while performing Services, we take responsibility and will arrange repair or replacement as quickly as reasonably possible. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to etched glass, failed seals, or fabricating debris on tempered glass, which we identify and disclose before beginning work where possible.

No Warranty on Etched or Pre-Damaged Glass

Some conditions, such as mineral deposits that have etched into glass, cannot be corrected by cleaning. Where this is the case, we will tell you before quoting or performing work, and we do not guarantee a specific cosmetic result on glass that has already been permanently damaged.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sightline Window Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our Services, beyond the direct repair or replacement remedy described above for damage we cause while performing work.

Intellectual Property

The text, photos, and guides on this Site belong to Sightline Window Cleaning unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services will be handled in the appropriate courts of Deschutes County, Oregon.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
