Vacation Rental & Airbnb Window Cleaning Bend, OR

The View

Your Listing Sells the View

People book Central Oregon rentals for what they can see out the window — Bachelor, the Sisters, Broken Top, the Deschutes. That view is the product.

Dirty glass costs you twice. Once in the listing photos, where a hazy pane makes a great room look flat. Then again on arrival, when a guest walks in expecting what they saw online.

Guests here also arrive loaded — bikes, skis, paddleboards, dogs. Sliders and patio doors collect handprints and nose prints faster than anything else in the house, and they’re usually the biggest piece of glass you own.

Scheduling

How Does Window Cleaning Fit Around Bookings?

Window cleaning doesn’t fit inside a turnover. Your housekeeper has a few hours to strip, clean, restock, and stage. Nobody is washing a wall of glass in that window. So we work differently.

Outside glass needs no access

We can clean every exterior pane without entering the property — no key, no lockbox, no alarm code, and no need for the house to be empty. On a booked week in July, that matters.

Inside glass goes on a gap day

Interior work needs the house empty, so we schedule it on a gap between bookings or alongside a deep clean. Send us your calendar and we’ll find the window.

We work alongside your housekeeper

We’re not a turnover company — we don’t touch linens, bathrooms, or restocking. Bend has good companies for that already, and several of them send us glass work. Tell us who cleans your property and we’ll coordinate directly, rather than making you the middleman.

Do you need a key or door code?

Not for exterior work. For interior, we need access, and most owners leave a lockbox code or coordinate with their housekeeper.

Pricing

What Does Vacation Rental Window Cleaning Cost in Bend?

Most single-family rentals in Bend and Sunriver run $150 to $350 per visit for full interior and exterior glass, depending on size, window count, and height. Larger vaulted cabins in Sunriver and Black Butte Ranch typically run higher, given two-story great room glass. Portfolio and property-manager pricing is quoted per property and consolidated onto one invoice. Send your calendar or a property address and we’ll give you an exact number.

Timing

Peak Season Books Out

Bend’s rental peaks run June through August and again December through March. During those stretches, same-day turnovers are normal and gap days are rare. Book interior work in May and November, before the calendar fills.

Send us your booking calendar and we’ll build a schedule around it.

What We Clean

What Do We Clean at the Rental

Exterior and interior glass

Both sides of every window, inside and out.

Sliders and patio doors

The hardest-working glass in any rental. Guests come in and out of these with wet gear, dogs, and full hands.

Screens, tracks, and sills

Screens come out, get washed, and go back in the right openings. Tracks get vacuumed before they’re wiped.

Deck and rail glass

The part guests photograph and post. Also the part that faces weather all year and gets forgotten.

Vaulted and skylight glass

Great room windows in Sunriver and Black Butte cabins run two stories up. Most owners can’t reach them and shouldn’t try.

Do you clean sliders and deck glass?

Yes. Both are included, and both take the most abuse in a rental.

Can you reach vaulted glass and skylights in a cabin?

Most of it, from the ground. Send a photo of the room and we’ll tell you before we quote, rather than after we arrive.

Frequency

How Often Should a Vacation Rental Have Its Windows Cleaned?

More often than a family home. A rental turns over dozens of times a year, and every guest touches the glass.

Two Central Oregon specifics shift the calendar. Juniper pollen coats south-facing glass before the summer season opens, and wildfire smoke leaves a film in late summer, right before winter bookings start coming in.

Property Managers

For Property Managers

One schedule across every property

Send us your portfolio and we build a rotation that fits each calendar. You’re not booking one house at a time.

One invoice, one contact

Every property consolidated onto a single monthly invoice with one person to call. Purchase order numbers accepted.

Photo confirmation after every visit

You get photos of the finished glass the same day, so you can see what your guest will see without driving out there.

We flag what we find

If we spot a cracked seal, failed double glazing, a torn screen, or a slider off its track, you hear about it that day. We’re looking at every pane in the house anyway.

Can multiple properties go on one invoice?

Yes. One consolidated monthly invoice, one contact, one schedule.

Out of State?

What If You Own From Out of State?

Plenty of Bend and Sunriver rentals belong to owners in Portland, Seattle, and the Bay Area.

You don’t need to be here. Send photos or an address for a quote, approve by email or text, and we invoice electronically. Photos come back the same day the work is done, so you have proof without a flight.

What if a guest checks in early?

Exterior work carries on regardless. If we’re inside, we finish the room we’re in and reschedule the rest. Your guest never waits on us.

Call and tell us what you have. Most quotes take a couple of minutes on the phone. If we need a closer look, text photos of each side of the property and we will come back the same day.

No site visit. No waiting in. No number that changes when we arrive.
